Tor

Our newest model fits between the Mimer and Oden, designed to bring much of the benefit of the Mimer design to a lower price. In essence it uses an Oden hardwood top shelf (instead of machined aluminum) with the thin Mimer lower shelf (but in this case - without any added damping materials.)

Compared with Oden the music is rhythmically even tighter, and clearer. Tor is also similar to Mimer in being more stable laterally.

After some tests with different washers and different damping we have released the finished Tor. (We managed to get the optimal damping without any extra damping material. This is a difference compared to Mimer.)

Now the Tor is on demo at all dealers. Aesthetically, it will be best if both of the shelves are manufactured simultaneously for better matching of the wood. In this case the orignal Oden shelf can be used to upgrade the bottom shelf from Oden to Tor. Any Oden shelves can of course be upgraded to the Tor as desired.
